They look good to me Antonio. I wish I could get results like this with my 50mm 1.8, but then I've only tried on bands in small clubs, you had a few more stage lights to work with it looks like to me.

My EB2 labor was filled (different company) as Software Engineer (Level III)
When you say Level III, are you referring the to the Wage level? My EB3 was under 15-1031.00. Now with the same company, If I have to do EB2, can it be in the same category? The only other relevant category I see is:
15-1032.00 - Computer Software Engineers, Systems Software
Also, my understanding is that when you do the prevailing wage determination, the MS+1 will be lesser than MS+1 or BS+5, but both of them qualify for EB2. Thoughts anyone?

If you did ask for a fee waiver could you check that you entered the right receipt number? This could be someone else's case as I don't think you would qualify for a fee waiver.

Do you think we can apply a duplicate 485 when the actual 485 packet is already sent. Even in this case how do you send the sealed medical reports since you have already sent them.

Updates are coming in fast.
It turns out my wife is not yet elegible to get an ID card. She can get her license when I get my real copy of birth certificate and that will happen in about a week when it should come in by mail.
The problem is that she can get some sort of temporary paperwork but the official drivers license will take up to another 6 weeks to get.
Is there still no problem with traveling? I would guess not but again, as the story changes, helpful insight is very much welcome. Thanks!

Yes, your reply is exactly same as her. But she added one more point. According to her The CBP officer can't deport a AP bearer. He/she has to parole the person and then can schedule a secondary check for I 140 validity. In such case my attorney can pitch in.
But I am not sure if this is true or she is being over assuring.

You can convert your I-485 to Consular Processing (CP) and keep your GC process going. Since GC is for a future job, you can work this out with your employer. I have an LUD of 8/12/07 as well and I sent my 485 on August 7. Therefore, I think this LUD means diddly squat.

Thanks for everybody's reply. I am still confused. Here is more info about my case.
I plan to transfer PD from EB3 to EB2.
My EB3 RIR was approved. The job description required BS and nothing else. I-140 hasn't been filed yet.
MY EB2 PERM was filed and pending. The job description required Master and nothing else.
I obtained the Master degree even before filing EB3.
Now, I plan to file the 1st I-140 based on my old LC. My attorney said it would be approved without any problem.

We just had a baby this past weekend. I will be getting the birth certificate of the baby this week for passport application. However, I understand that the SSN card will come only 60-90 days later. The issue is we need to travel to India after 60 days. Can we apply for the US passport without SSN (or getting a letter from SSN office that the SSN is in-process)? Also, would you recommend a PIO or a visa to India if we need to travel in the next 60 days?

BTW what pesticides are good for indoor plants?
Backlog and NameCheck were the pesticides used so far and we've been pushing for organic products.. no use of pesticides... Seems USCIS/DHS agreed with our understanding of potential harm due to use of pesticides and are moving towards organic feed :-)
