Need a web designer
I'm looking for a web designer that could possibly help me redsign my website. I need him/her to be pretty familiar with Flash and animation.
Website will contain:
-photo gallery (photos provided)
-video clips (videos provided)
-community member profiles
-membership "join" form
-graphic effects
-guest book
-music/sound effects
-a lot of animation and graphic motion
The site will be formatted a little differently from normal sites, so be ready for a long explanation when you contact me. It's going to be a personal website and I have a fairly low budget. I need it to be $800 US or less. I'm fairly loose as far as a deadline is concerned. If you're interested, email me at stnkycheezman@hotmail.com. Hotmail has a tendency to block incoming email so you can also message me on AIM: stnkycheezman. If you'd like to take a look, my current website is OCFederation.com. Before I decide to hire you, you need to contact me so i can relay my ideas. You then need to make me a sample of the ideas that I give you, if I approve, you're hired. Before you continue, I should say that the task of fabricating my ideas will probably be a challenging one. This won't be an easy project, but if you can pull it off...it will be a good project to have in your portfolio.

I asked my company attoreny about this.. he said that immigration petition is I-140 and as I-140 is not filed for your wife (I-485 is already filed for my wife) so I should say No there for my wife's form.

I understand I can�t invoke AC21, but I was reading somewhere that � if you are changing your sponsored company and found same or similar job, then and then you need to file AC21, in my case my sponsored company is still same and ones I got GC, I will start working for them (like future employment).

Hi
My husband does not have an H1 stamp in his passport even though he has been in status since he did not go to india,right now he has got 3 yr extension on the basis of an approved I-140 petition,we are going to india to get our visa stamped next month.
Can anyone advise me whether not having a previous H1 stamp in the passport will create any problems for us in getting stamped now.He was on an L1 visa before converting to H1,he has not gone to india since 2002.

As I said in the comments on the cropped version in your gallery, I think it's quite good. Six megapixels doesn't really seem like a lot when I see it on the screen, but the prints from these images (even cropped) are amazing!

Friends,
I am in the 8th year of H1b and I have been juggling this idea of changing my job because of a sucking work environment. I have Eb3 labor(it was applied in eb3 even though my job required and i had the eb2 experience) approved and 140 approved so can I get 3 year extension by changing my job or do you suggest to first get 3 year extension and then change, in which case will I still get 3 year extension is the question.
After job change can I use old PD ? Can I apply EB2 perm after changing job ?
I know these are testing times for many of us but i will appreciate your ideas and responses.

I want to do H1 transfer . But I do not have pay stub of Jan and Feb 2009 . Right now I got a project which will be starting from March 1 to 31 March . But before that I want To Transfer my H1 . Doses H1 Transfer need recent Pay Stubs ?

While the issues being highlighted may lean towards those being termed as illegal aliens, I wouldn't be so quick to call these organizations as exclusively illegal immigrant interest groups. 2. If they approve all pending EB2 it means they have to move the PD forward and as they move the PD, new applications will be filed. There are thousands of EB2 labor approved and they are waiting to file I-485
3. Even if there is any spillover to EB3, nobody knows how USCIS will give those spillover number, will they go to EB3-ROW first or they will go as per the PD of Individuals regardless of Country of Origin.
